QazPost SuperApp is the flagship mobile application of KazPost that makes postal and logistics services easier to access across Kazakhstan. I focused on the interface layer and WebView experience to keep flows fast and predictable on mobile.

• Parcel tracking: follow shipments in real time with a tracking number.
• Online paperwork: fill out forms and request couriers for letters or parcels.
• Keruen marketplace: shop at US and German stores with deliveries to Kazakhstan.
• Keden service: submit customs declarations in just a few taps.

About the project

QazPost SuperApp accelerates the digital transformation of postal services by giving customers one interface for deliveries, shopping, and logistics. The web application is built with Next.js and embedded into the native app via WebView. The project helped me deepen my experience with mobile-friendly UI patterns and UX optimizations while reaching hundreds of thousands of users.
